Of course, you can also use the suppliers or contractors selected by us. Over many years we have built an experienced professional network of maintenance and renovation partners who carry out any type of work in an effective and cost efficient way.

We are the point of contact for your tenant for all repair, fault and maintenance requests. If you opt for the 'Full' package and such requests arise, we will deploy our service expert to assess the situation. Our service expert will then assess whether we can solve the problem for you ourselves. In that case we will charge €38,50 per hour, excl. 21% VAT, to carry out the work.
If our service expert advises to use a third party to solve the problem, we will advise you which party can solve this most cost-effectively. We then maintain contact between tenant, landlord and supplier (s) throughout the entire process.

In the 'Premium' package, an annual service budget of €250,- is provided. This budget can be used for repair, damage or malfunction requests that are carried out by our service expert. For maintenance requests, or when this budget has been fully spent, the current rates of €38,50 per hour, excluding 21% VAT, apply.

If our service expert advises to use a third party to solve the problem, we will advise you which party can solve this most cost-effectively. We then maintain contact between tenant, landlord and supplier(s) throughout the entire process.

If you do not want to have to worry about service requests from tenants, and you want as few unexpected setbacks as possible, choose the 'Premium' package.
