Project: Expert advice to boost your returns
We were involved in a project on the Hoogstraat on behalf of an investment group that has 15 buildings under ZUID management. This project consisted of one-bedroom apartments varying in size from 50 m2 to 60 m2.
Detailed market research revealed that the buildings on the Hoogstraat could yield higher returns. Thanks to our proactive approach and expert advice, we managed to increase the rental price by €200. In order to generate more interest among potential tenants, we arranged for a professional photo shoot in consultation with the client. We also advised the client on hard and soft furnishings for the project. Following a detailed inventory of the property and approval from the owner, we drafted a conceptual plan. All apartments underwent a full redesign that included modern hard and soft furnishings and matching decorations.
The apartments now appeal to a wider target group and can generate higher returns. Thanks to this successful approach, all apartments were rented out before the completion date and remained occupied the entire time.
